first fact. we are all human. we all have feelings. we all experience loss, love, anger, fear, hate, jealousy, and joy, along with countless other feelings and emotions tossed in the mix. AS adolescents, we all have this urgency, this need to fit in and be accepted by our peers. This burning urge to be the coolest kid. have the newest gear. the hottest gizmos and what have you. Throughout this time we are all trying to find ourselves. In this almost never-ending incessantly dubious quest, we encounter many new situations. Drama for example, when adolescents make ordeals out of simple matters and blow them out of context, thus infuriating themselves and others and/or weakening social structure amongst their "clique", causing social disrest and of course, rumors and the spreading of this affliction throughout the entire school.i've realized. we all have our own opinions, we all have our own difference and we all criticize those of others. And others criticize us. In life we make cliques and make friendships and put trust into one another. but everyone is out looking for themselves too. so why do we push each other apart. and why do we do all of this? we can say yes. and agree that we are friendly to everyone and give everyone a shot. but in the back of my mind and your mind. we both know the people we will and will not talk to. whether by choice. or by routine. you know, those kids with high GPA's and truckloads of books. or those girls that we never quite got to know. What makes the whole us and them argument? why do we consider them different. and treat them like they are invisible. its because in life we all look out for one thing. ego. reputation and ego are the two things that keep us from doing things that we would love to do. self-consciousness and pride. and because of this. we will always do this to other people. and we will always ignore them. and things will never change.
So heres my point. We are all looking for the same thing in the end. i dont know what it is yet. but we are all going the same way. but taking different directions to get there. one big road, with so many different lanes..and im still trying to figure out which one im taking.

ok, so normally im not against things that Peta does. But this time i think theyre taking things too far. I understand that you want to help fulffy-wuffy bunnies. But, why the fuck would you flood this man's mailbox with nothing but mail saying "fur is murder" and such. Tell me how you would feel, if you all of a sudden got tons and tons of mail, some not being so "polite", telling you that what YOURE doing in YOUR life is wrong? This isn't the mans workplace, its HIS FUCKING HOME! where he goes to escape the work, and spend time with the people he loves. Killing animals or not, he's still a human being, so respect him the same you would your little rabbits, ok? I'm not anti-peta, i think animal cruelty is fucked up. But i eat meat, and i wear fur. Those are two different arguments. I understand that Peta is aiming for "Animal Liberation", but this shit is a fucking terrorist act.
